DOORS: 18:30 | FILM STARTS 18:45
We’re over the moon (pun intended) to present another stellar series of space and sci-fi screenings at the Planetarium at We The Curious for 2025!
Explore the Planetarium’s space gallery before the screening and see if you’re cut out for a life in space, then recline in this unique screening space. As the lights dim, your journey will begin with a tour of the Solar System in a Planetarium star show - the perfect way to set the scene for your film…
For April’s Planetarium outing, we’re hosting a double bill of sci-fi films from the acclaimed director Ron Howard. First up is a 40th anniversary screening of Cocoon. This heartwarming tale may have extraterrestrial influences, but it’s got a very human heart as it explores youth and ageing in a timeless manner. It’s little wonder that Don Ameche took home the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor thanks to this gem.
