Coming up in February

As we hit mid-February, we're looking forward to next week's screenings at The Mount Without, screening Romeo + Juliet and Moulin Rouge! in a romantic double bill, beneath the venue's iconic giant ‘infinity’ symbol.

The Mount Without has fast become one of our favourite venues, with a rich and colourful history. There has been a church on this site for over 900 years, with the original structure dating back to the Norman era; the unusual name comes from an era when it was outside the city’s walls. The church was deconsecrated in 1999, and fell victim to an arson attack in 2016, but after years of restoration work it has now reopened as one of Bristol’s most unique and characterful  event spaces.

The perfect backdrop for a dramatic tale, it's the perfect place to indulge your inner romantic.

Later this month, join us for our first Epics At Everyman screening. Throughout 2024, we’ll be screening classic films from across the decades, particularly those with longer runtimes that you can enjoy from the comfort of Everyman’s sofas. The first film in the programme is Stanley Kubrick’s final film, Eyes Wide Shut. The haunting thriller turns 25 this year, and we’re looking forward to bringing it back to the big screen! Your ticket will include an Espresso Martini, the perfect pick-me-up cocktail to accompany a film concerned with mysterious and beguiling nocturnal activities…
