The Screening Room Series is moving!

We've loved hosting the Screening Room over the Summer - screening everything from French thrillers to surrealist black comedy, it has been great to spend our evenings exploring and discussing cinema at its most interesting.

Thanks to the incredible response to the series, we're delighted to be hosting it throughout the Autumn and Winter, in an exciting new venue: Bristol Improv Theatre.

We'll be bringing you four excellent films from across a broad spectrum - films that we feel deserve a return to the spotlight. There's something for everyone - whether you like taut thrillers, heart-warming legal drama, or, er - dogs…

The Bristol Improv Theatre is the UK’s first full-time dedicated improv theatre, hosting troupes from all over the UK and overseas, bringing world-class improv to Bristol. Through crowdfunding and the efforts of over 40 volunteers, the founders transformed this former-Victorian-schoolhouse-turned-working-mens-club-cum-live-music-venue into a purpose-built theatre space, with licensed bar, rehearsal rooms and office.
