Golden Years, an indie crime caper comedy following the exploits of a gang of pensioners turned bank robbers, was filmed on location in Bristol and the surrounding region, with plenty of familiar sights from Corn Street to Castle Park. With a stellar ensemble cast, it’s a treat for anyone who believes that life begins at 60…!

Getting Here

The Mall Gardens is located in the centre of Clifton Village, just off The Mall.

  • The main entrance to the venue is on Caledonia Place (opposite The Ivy Brasserie)

  • Parking in Clifton Village is limited and subject to restrictions.

  • Buses 8 & 9 both stop in Clifton Village, a short walk from the Observatory. The nearest train station is Clifton Down.

  • Wherever possible, we encourage walking the use of public transport when travelling to our events.
