I can’t find my ticket - what should I do?
Please check any Junk or Spam folders for your order confirmation/tickets. These will have been sent shortly after your initial purchase.
For emergencies, we do keep a guestlist onsite, so don’t panic! As long as you have the name of the individual who booked, and their booking details, we should be able to find you in our system.
I have a Buy A Gift/Red Letter Day Gift Voucher. How do I redeem this?
All of our on-sale events can be found here. If you have a voucher for a film and wine tasting event at Averys Wine Cellars, you can find these events listed separately here under ‘Vintage Screenings’.
One you have selected an event you would like to attend, please complete this form, including your long booking voucher, and a member of our team will be in touch to confirm availability and process your booking.
Does this screening take place inside/do I need to bring chairs to the event?
Unless otherwise stated on the event page, our events take place indoors. Seating is provided at all of our events. You are welcome to bring additional blankets/cushions to any of our events - particularly in draughtier venues such as Redcliffe Caves - should you wish to do so.
What time should I arrive for my film?
The start time of the event (time printed on your ticket) is the time that doors will open for your event.
We recommend arriving as close to this time as possible in the majority of cases. If you have booked a pre-screening add-on, please refer to individual event pages for more information.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
We operate a no-refund policy, however tickets may be exchanged for event credit to the same value of your ticket up to 72 hours before the start of an event.
