DOORS: 18:45 | FILM STARTS 19:00

Vintage Screenings pair classic films with thematically linked wine tastings to create unique evenings in the stunning setting of Averys Wine Merchants’ historic wine cellar. Following a sparkling wine reception, the film will be accompanied by a tasting of four carefully selected wines courtesy of Averys’ resident experts.

Following an almost two year suspension of public screenings of the Bond back catalogue, we are shaken and stirred to have been granted special permission to host a 60th anniversary screening of the second 007 film, From Russia With Love! This BAFTA-winning blockbuster is both a highlight of the series and a thrilling example of 60s cinema.

Since one of the main acts of the film takes place aboard the Orient Express, we’ll be bringing you a selection of wines from some of the major countries and destinations along the famous train’s classic route. It’s also the only Bond film where a character’s wine selection forms a key plot device…

Take your evening further with our add-on options:

  • Enjoy a pre-screening wine tasting session as you learn more about wine tasting over a glass

  • Indulge with a delicious deli box with cheeses, chutney and crackers to enjoy alongside your film and wine

Please note that Vintage Screenings are strictly for over-18s only
