This week marks a full year since we were last hosting events. Now that there is a tentative road map back to live events again, we will of course be looking at how we can return to hosting screenings and picking up where we abruptly left off! There may be twists and turns ahead yet, but you'll be the first to hear it when we are finally in a position to welcome you back for a film night once again.

In the meantime, we are incredibly grateful for the continued support of our online shop and home film experiences throughout the winter. Our Film Night Companions were recently featured on The Independent's roundup of their favourite Mother's Day gift boxes; for local readers (and mums), order by midday on Thursday for delivery on Saturday (see postcode list in Festival Spotlight below). Our products also come with the option to add a personalised message, so even if you can't be together, Mum will know who to thank!

One more small but encouraging sign of recovery is that we have started to receive local short film links again. If you have a locally produced film content or news that you'd like included in our newsletter, then let us know.
